Holders ease through to round two

Holders Llanishen High Scool booked their place in round two of the WSRU SG Gullivers Sports Travel Cup with a comfortable 40-0 against local rivals Cardiff High School. Looking to retain the trophy that they have held for the past two years the home team denied their visitors any points in a comfortable defence of their title. The win ensured the team a home tie in the second round where they will take on Brynteg School who eased into the second round with a 25-5 victory over St. John the Baptist School.
